Essential duties

  • Communicate professionally with clients, indemnitors, and approved contacts about bond-process information and next steps.
  • Review and document information accurately, maintaining complete and organized records.
  • Coordinate assigned bond-related tasks and follow company procedures for follow-up and escalation.
  • Protect confidential client and company information in every interaction.

Minimum qualifications

  • Maintain any license, registration, training, or other authorization required for the duties actually performed.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with people in stressful situations.
  • Use sound judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

02Bail Enforcement AgentSupports authorized bail-enforcement work and related coordination with a focus on safety, accurate documentation, and strict limits of authority.

Essential duties

  • Perform assigned bail-enforcement and coordination duties only as permitted by applicable law and company direction.
  • Communicate relevant status updates and document work accurately and promptly.
  • Follow safety procedures, use sound judgment, and seek direction when a situation exceeds the assigned authority or presents a safety concern.
  • Protect confidential client and company information and safeguard company and client property.

Minimum qualifications

  • Maintain any license, registration, training, or other authorization required for the duties actually performed.
  • Understand and follow applicable safety procedures, company policies, and lawful instructions.
  • Treat people professionally and maintain calm, clear communication in difficult situations.

Safety & authority

This role does not confer police powers. Do not represent yourself as law enforcement or perform a detention, search, entry, seizure, or use of force except when expressly permitted by applicable law and authorized for the duty being performed.

03Office ManagerKeeps office operations, communication, records, and day-to-day coordination organized, accurate, and professional.

Essential duties

  • Coordinate office communication, scheduling, records, and assigned administrative work.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and help keep company and client information organized and confidential.
  • Support team members with follow-up, workflow coordination, and operational needs as directed by management.
  • Safeguard company and client property and identify issues that require management attention.

Minimum qualifications

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and other contacts.
  • Work accurately with sensitive information, records, and competing priorities.
  • Follow company policies and applicable law, and perform only duties for which you are legally qualified and authorized.
